Applications for National University’s Post Graduate Diploma course will remain open from July 22, 2026, to September 13, 2026. Classes will be held every Friday and Saturday.

Eligibility for Application

Educational Qualification: Candidates holding at least a Bachelor (Pass) or Bachelor (Honours) degree from National University or any UGC-recognized university are eligible to apply.

Prohibition of Dual Enrollment: Any candidate currently enrolled in another academic program under National University or any UGC-recognized university (in the same session) cannot apply. If dual enrollment is discovered, the admission will be canceled.

Accuracy of Information & Photo: If any information or photo in the application form is found to be false, incorrect, or incomplete, the candidate’s admission and registration will be declared void.
Online Application Steps

Website Access: The applicant must first visit the National University admission website:
www.nu.ac.bd/admissions. -
Option Selection: From the Master’s Tab, click on Apply Now (Skill-based PGD Program).

Data Entry & Upload: Accurately enter your name, father’s name, mother’s name, educational details, and date of birth in the form. Upload scanned, attested copies of SSC, HSC, and Graduation mark sheets.

Photo Upload: Upload a recently taken passport-size color photograph (Dimensions: 120 x 150 pixels, Format: JPG, Maximum File Size: 50 KB).

Finalizing Application: Verify the details and photo, then click Submit Application. After submitting, the applicant will receive a Roll Number and a PIN code.
Rules for Downloading Pay Slip

After successful submission, log in using the Roll Number and PIN code to click Download Pay Slip and print the slip.

The primary application fee of 1,000/- BDT (One Thousand Taka) can be paid at any branch of Sonali Bank using the printed Pay Slip, or online via the National University payment gateway.

Note on Corrections: If a candidate needs to correct any erroneous information, they can select Applicant Login, navigate to Skill-based PGD Program Login, enter their Roll & PIN, click Form Cancel / Photo Change, and receive an OTP to cancel the current form. They can then re-apply and download a fresh Pay Slip. Note: Once the payment is made or the Pay Slip is generated, the application form can no longer be canceled.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor (Pass) or Bachelor (Honours) degree from National University or any UGC-recognized university.

Dual Enrollment Policy: Candidates currently pursuing any other academic program under National University or any other university (in the same session) are ineligible. Dual enrollment will result in immediate cancellation.

Accuracy of Data: Any false, inaccurate, or incomplete information or photo provided will lead to the cancellation of admission and registration.

Photo Policy: Uploading a photo other than the applicant’s own picture will cause immediate cancellation of candidacy.

Payment Deadline: The online application form must be filled out between 22/07/2026 and 13/09/2026. The application fee must be submitted via Sonali Sheba or the online gateway between 23/07/2026 and 16/09/2026, after which a printed copy of the application form must be collected.
