The recruitment process will be completed through staff interviews. BOESL said the workers will be recruited through direct interviews on 08 May 2026. Boesl Jordan Job Visa Circular 2026
What salary and benefits will you get when you go on a work visa in Jordan?
The monthly basic salary will be about 50,000 Taka. Employers will also pay for accommodation, food, and medical expenses. In addition, employers will pay employees for airfare. There will be insurance facilities for employees.
Note: Jordanian labour laws apply if a worker wants to return home before the end of the contract. Those who have a case against them in the country or Jordan will be ineligible for an appointment.

Boesel said in a press release that various companies in Jordan will hire 1412 Bangladeshi men and women. Jordan’s job visa circular was published in early February.
BOESL Jordan Job Circular: Application Fee
According to sources, the company will pay the BOESL service charge, exit tax, 15 per cent VAT on the service charge, the BOESL registration fee, the intelligent card fee, and the wage earner welfare fee for selected employees. The selected employees will pay only 1000 Tk as a medical fee and 200 Tk as a fingerprint fee.

Candidates must bring four copies of passport-size colour photographs, the original passport, one set of colour and four sets of black and white photocopies of the passport’s identity page, the current office identity card or attendance card, the national identity card, or the birth certificate, and educational or experience certificates with them.
