Programme for Community Development (PCD) Recruitment Circular 2026
According to the Programme for Community Development (PCD) recruitment circular 2026, candidates can apply with HSC or Bachelor’s degrees. PCD invites hand-written applications from qualified and experienced job seekers. Lunch allowance will be provided for all positions.

In the case of proving experience, it is mandatory to attach the experience certificate from the current/previously worked organization with the application; otherwise, the application will be considered cancelled.

The probation period for all posts is 6 to 9 months.

A security deposit equal to the basic salary must be provided for each post, which is refundable with profit.

After completing the probation period, permanent salary structure, annual increment, 3 festival bonuses, provident fund, gratuity, and staff welfare fund will be applicable according to the organization’s policy.
