SSC and Equivalent Examination Routine 2027
According to the SSC Exam Routine 2027, the examination will continue for approximately one month. The theoretical examinations will generally be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The schedules for the theoretical and practical examinations are given below.
After completion of the written/theoretical examinations, the practical examinations will be completed according to the instructions of the Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards. Practical examinations will be held at the respective examination centers and will start at 10:00 AM each day.

Instructions and Rules for the Secondary School Certificate Examination 2027
- Candidates must take their seats in the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the examination begins.
- The examination must be conducted according to the specified schedule. The examination time cannot be changed.
- The multiple-choice (MCQ) examination will be held first, followed by the creative/written examination. There will be no break between the MCQ and creative/written portions.
- The total examination time for the MCQ and creative/written sections will be 3 hours.
- Candidates must collect their admit cards from the head of their respective schools at least three days before the examination.
- For all examinees, marks obtained through continuous assessment in Physical Education, Health Science and Sports, and Career Education will be provided by the school to the respective examination center according to NCTB guidelines.
- The respective examination center will submit the practical examination marks and continuous assessment marks online through the education board’s website.
- Candidates must correctly write and fill in the required circles on the OMR form, including their examination roll number, registration number, subject code, and other information. The answer script must not be folded under any circumstances.
- Students must pass separately in the creative/written, MCQ, and practical components of the examination.
- No candidate will be allowed to sit for an examination in a subject different from the subject assigned to them.
- The creative/written, MCQ, and practical examinations of a candidate will not be held at their own school/institution.
- Seating arrangements will be made through the transfer of candidates between institutions.
- Candidates will be allowed to use a non-programmable scientific calculator during the examination.
- Except for the center secretary, no person will be allowed to bring or use a mobile phone at the examination center.
- The same admit card must be used for attendance in the creative/written, MCQ, and practical examinations.
- Practical examinations will be held at the respective examination centers.
- Candidates wishing to apply for re-scrutiny must submit their application online through SMS within 7 days of publication of the examination results.
