1. The applicant must attach the original copy of the following documents with the application form:
a) Certificate of Character issued by a Gazetted Officer of the first class; And
b) Certificate of Permanent Address issued by the local council head of the candidate’s own area such as: City Corporation Mayor or Councilor, Municipality Mayor or Commissioner or Union Parishad Chairman)
2. There is no need to apply for 3rd class or equivalent CGPA results at any stage of education.
3. For the examination fee in favor of Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited, a pay-warden / bank draft of Rs.
4. The age of the candidate will be calculated according to the date of birth mentioned in the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) or equivalent examination certificate. No affidavit of age is admissible.
5. Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years of age on 01 July 2021. The age limit for children of freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates is 32 years. The age limit for sons and daughters of freedom fighters is 30 years.
6.The latest circular on quotas issued by the Ministry of Public Administration will be followed in the case of recruitment. Candidates applying for quota must follow the latest government rules and regulations and submit the required documents along with the application form attested by the first class Gazetted Officer (name and seal of the employee). Otherwise quota opportunities will not be provided.
7. Candidates will not be given any TA / DA for participating in any level examination.
8. The final nominated candidate has to pass the health examination by the prescribed physician / medical institution of the company.
9. Bring pen / pencil / other necessary tools along with necessary preparation during written test. The instructions given on the entry form will be applicable in this case.
