Mongla Port Authority New Job Circular Application Conditions:
- Candidates have to apply online. Online Application Start Date: 29/04/2026 10.00 AM and Last Time 23/05/2026 4.0 PM.
- After successfully submitting the online application form duly filled in, make the final computer print copy along with any scheduled bank pay-order/bank draft (irrevocable) in favor of Mongla Port Authority.
- 03 copies of recent photograph attested by 1st Class Gazetted Officer attaching and mentioning the post name on the envelope should be sent to Director (Administration), Mongla Port Authority, Post Office-Mongla-9351, District-Bagerhat by 26/12/2026.
- Applicant shall retain 01 copy of online application. Self-filled applications will not be accepted without filling the online application form.
- Application form should be sent by post or courier. No hand-in-hand applications will be accepted.
- Original and 01 photocopies of all relevant certificates (if any), photocopy of National Identity Card (if any) should be brought at the time of oral examination which should be attested with the registered seal of a Government Gazetted 1st Class employee. Character certificate from a Government Gazetted 1st Class employee and original copy of citizenship certificate from Chairman of Union Parishad/Municipal Councillor/City Corporation should be brought during the oral examination.
- The number of posts mentioned in the notification may be reduced. Additional qualification (if any) and experience details (if any) should be fully mentioned in the online application form. Eligible candidates will be informed about the venue, date and schedule of the recruitment test on Mongla website-www.mpa.gov.bd.
- Download the admit card from www.mpajobsbd.com and bring it along during the examination.
If any of the certificates, certifications and information declared in the application are found to be false, legal action will be taken against the applicant including cancellation of the application. - Candidates for government and other organisation jobs should apply through the proper authority. The maximum age limit will be 32
- An appointment letter will be issued in favour of selected candidates, subject to receipt of Government clearance and other relevant approvals as applicable (reservation of posts in case of project posts) and a satisfactory pre-police report.
- Any form of lobbying/influence will be considered a disqualification of the candidate. The authority reserves the final power to modify/cancel this recruitment circular in part or in whole without assigning any reason.
