- After successful submission, download or print the Applicant’s Copy containing the User ID, photo, and signature.

Required Documents for Application:
- Attested photocopy of permanent residency certificate issued by the relevant authority.
- Recent colored photograph (300×300 pixels) and signature (300×80 pixels). The photo size should not exceed 100KB, and the signature size should not exceed 60KB.
