Age Limit for Applicants
According to the Local Government Division Job Circular 2025:

General candidates must be 18–32 years of age on 01 September 2025.

Age will be calculated based on the SSC certificate.

Affidavit will not be accepted as proof of age.

For departmental candidates applying for posts listed under serial numbers 02 and 03, the maximum age limit is 40 years.

Employees appointed under the Bangladesh Secretariat (Non-Cadre Gazetted Officers and Non-Gazetted Employees) Recruitment Rules, 2014 (amended 2020) will be considered as departmental candidates.
