01. Eligibility: Candidates from all districts can apply for these posts.
02. Recruitment Rules: Recruitment will follow specific government service rules (e.g., Secretariat Non-Cadre Gazetted/Non-Gazetted Rules-2014, Library Rules-2014, etc.).
03. Age Limit (As of May 01, 2026):
- The age of general candidates must be between 18 and 32 years.

- (d) 2 copies of passport-sized colour photographs.
