Application Rules and Instructions
The application rules and instructions are given below:
(a) Online Application Submission
Candidates willing to participate in the examination can fill up the application form through the following website:

- Online application form fill-up and fee submission will start from:
18 May 2025 at 10:00 AM - Last date and time for submitting the online application:
04 June 2025 at 5:00 PM - Candidates who obtain a User ID after submitting the application online within the specified time will be able to submit the application fee through SMS within the next 72 (seventy-two) hours.
(b) Uploading Photograph and Signature
The applicant must upload his/her recent color photograph and signature in the specified dimensions.
Photograph:
- Size: 300 × 300 pixel
- Maximum file size: 100 KB
Signature:
- Size: 300 × 80 pixel
- Maximum file size: 60 KB
(c) Verification of Information
All information provided in the online application form will be used in subsequent activities. Therefore, before submitting the application form online, the candidate must ensure the accuracy of all information provided.
(d) Preservation of Applicant’s Copy
The applicant should preserve a printed copy of the submitted application form as it may be required during the examination process and viva voce examination.
(e) Rules for SMS and Payment of Application Fee
After properly filling out the online application form and uploading the photograph and signature according to instructions, the Application Preview will be displayed on the computer screen.
If any information is incorrect or any unclear image/signature is uploaded, the applicant may re-submit the application after correction before final submission.
After submission and payment of the application fee, no correction, modification, or change of information will be accepted.
Therefore, before paying the application fee, the applicant must ensure that the Applicant’s Copy contains the recent color photograph, accurate information, and signature.
The applicant should download and print the PDF copy for preservation.
A User ID number will be given in the Applicant’s Copy and the applicant must use this User ID to submit the application fee through SMS from a Teletalk prepaid mobile number.

The fee must be submitted within 72 (seventy-two) hours through Teletalk prepaid mobile SMS.
It is specially mentioned that even after completing all parts of the online application form and submitting it, the online application will not be accepted until the application fee is deposited.

(f) Admit Card Download
Details regarding the admit card will be available on the website below and also through SMS to the applicant’s mobile phone at the appropriate time.
